Blink Bridge AI (ABN 23 531 936 038, operated by Claudia Rodriguez, Sydney, NSW, Australia) collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, run this website, and deliver the automation services described on it. This page explains what is collected, why, and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, book a call, or use the free Operations Score assessment, we collect what you provide directly — typically your name, email, phone number, business name, and details about your business operations. When you book through our scheduling page, Cal.com collects your name, email, and the details of the meeting. When you browse the site, Google Analytics (GA4) collects standard usage data — pages viewed, session length, approximate location, and referral source — via cookies, in aggregate and not tied to your name.

How we use it

Contact and form details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, and follow up about a booked call. Form submissions are stored in Notion (our internal workspace) and email notifications are sent via SendGrid. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages and content are useful, and to improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties, and we do not use customer data to train AI models.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate: Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (site analytics), Cal.com (call scheduling), Notion (form storage), and SendGrid (transactional email). Each processes data under its own privacy policy; we only send them what is needed for the function they perform.

Data retention and your rights

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the engagement, and delete or anonymise them on request. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — email claudia@blinkbridge.com.au and we will action it directly, no automated process in between.
