I got tired of systems
that nobody owned.

I spent years inside large organisations watching the same thing happen: complex tools, outsourced developers, bugs that never got fixed, and no one accountable. The work was hard. The results were avoidable. I knew there was a better way — I just needed to build it.

Founder

Building the system she always wished existed — on her own terms, for businesses that think the same way.

The story

The first spark.

The first thing I ever automated was a performance report at Sydney Ports. Monthly. Built in Visual Basic and Excel. Emails sent automatically to carrier stakeholders — personalised, consistent, no manual work. The feedback was incredible. I remember thinking: this is what I want to do.

The frustration that followed.

For years after that, I worked inside systems that made automation hard. Outsourced developers, no accountability, bugs that lived forever. I'd map a beautiful workflow and watch it break because twelve different teams couldn't coordinate. It was exhausting.

The shift.

Two kids later, I stopped fitting my goals into someone else's roadmap. I wanted to build something that creates real value — and be an example of that for my daughters. Not managing other people's backlogs. Building things that actually work.

Why automation. Why now.

Time is the only thing you can't buy back. Automation exists to return it to you — not just to put out fires, but to make you more human. To get you back to relationships, strategy, the work that actually matters. That's what I'm building at BlinkBridge.

"By building this once, I can have a multiplier effect. Not one organisation at a time — many."

Aligned values first

I only work with business owners who want what I want: efficiency, honesty, and long-term thinking. No quick fixes.

No jargon, no overwhelm

You don't need to understand the tech. You need to understand the outcome.

Engineering mindset

I see every business as a system. Every problem as a workflow. Every inefficiency as something fixable.
